2 More Delicious Flavor Combinations
Chia seed pudding is the perfect nutrient dense prepped breakfast or snack. Chia seed pudding needs to set for at least two hours or overnight. Its versatility allows for a variety of delicious flavor combinations. I incorporate hemp seeds in my chia seed pudding for added healthy fats, fiber and protein along with the health benefits of chia seeds themselves.
Previously, The Wellness Craft has posted 3 chia seed pudding flavor combinations: blueberry almond, peanut butter date, and chocolate strawberry. Today, we are adding two more right in time for the perfect spring/summer snack or breakfast: raspberry chocolate pistachio and beta blend.
