With Pomegranate Seeds

INTRO:
This mango smoothie bowl has a smooth, thick texture that reminds me of dole whip. The addition of pomegranates grants a burst of flavor and texture with every bite. Hemp and chia seeds incorporate healthy fats and additional fiber to the bowl. I use Harmless Harvest organic cultured coconut yogurt, but you can use any minimal ingredient yogurt that you prefer. In order to control the texture of the smoothie bowl, do not incorporate the full cup of water all at once. Add in the rest as needed to reach your desired thickness. (I typically use the full cup) Enjoy : )
INGREDIENTS:
BASE:
1.5 cups frozen mango
4 spoonfuls organic unsweetened yogurt (I use Harmless Harvest organic cultured coconut yogurt)
1 tbsp raw honey
1 cup water
TOPPINGS:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/8-1/4 cup organic pomegranate seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a single serve blender (I use a nutribullet) add frozen mango, yogurt and honey to the blender cup. Then, add a part of your cup of water and blend. Add the rest of the water as needed to reach desired thickness.
Pour the smoothie mixture to a bowl. Top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, pomegranate seeds and serve.
