With Frozen Fruit & Honey


🫐 INTRO:
This minimal ingredient, chia seed jam is simple and easy to make. With just four ingredients, you can turn frozen fruit, chia seeds, honey and lemon juice into delicious and healthy jam. Enjoy on your peanut butter toast or yogurt parfaits.
🫐 INGREDIENTS:
2 cups frozen fruit
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp raw honey
Juice of half a lemon
🫐 INSTRUCTIONS:
In a small sauce pan on low to medium heat, add 2 cups of frozen fruit. Stir until heated and broken down. Then, with a fork or a masher, break down the fruit further to desired consistency. Turn off the heat. Pour in chia seeds and stir to combine. Add in fresh lemon juice and raw honey. Once cooled, transfer to a jar. Serve & enjoy.
