Delicious & Nutrient Dense


Strawberries and matcha combine deliciously through strawberry matcha chia seed pudding. Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3’s and fiber, along with hemp seeds, which are also a good source of protein. This chia seed pudding is delicious and nutrient-dense, especially with the additions of raw honey, matcha and fresh strawberries.🍓
Ingredients
2-3 fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp raw, unfiltered honey
1 tsp matcha powder
Optional add: organic unsweetened coconut yogurt
Instructions
In a small, sealable container, mix together coconut milk and matcha powder until completely combined.
Add in chia seeds, hemp seeds and raw honey. Mix all together well.
Seal the container and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until milk has been fully absorbed.
Serve with coconut yogurt. Top with sliced strawberries & more raw honey.
